James J. Chwojdak
Jim’s firm, Human Resources Professional Consultants, provides nearly 40 years of expertise in Human Resources to various size businesses. He and his staff specialize in working with clients that either do not have a human resource department or who need qualified support on specific projects. The core services his firm offers include: federal and state compliance regulations auditing; employee handbooks; as well as internal communication, performance appraisal and productive workforce systems.
Jim’s firm founded in 1986, was founded on his20 years of experience as the Vice President Human
Resources and Benefits for a major east coast property & casualty insurance company. Jim is a member of a the
Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce and has been actively involved over the years in fundraising for various organizations
dealing with youth disabilities. He was instrumental in developing the curriculum outline for a Human Resources
Assistant Associate Degree Program at Bryant and Stratton Business Institute. Jim attended the University at
Buffalo and Canisius College where he majored in Business.
Arthur Georger CLU, CEBS
Art's firm, Benefits Advantage, provides consulting and insurance brokerage services for complete employee benefits programs. While he
maintains a special focus on Qualified Retirement Plans; he has 30 years of experience with all types of insured
and self-insured benefits plans. Art emphasizes personal service, creative ideas, and positive results in working
with his clients.
He has 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field: 15 years as a consultant and representative for
major national product and service firms, and 15 years as a consultant / broker for a regional brokerage firm.
Art earned his BA degree from St. John Fisher College, his CLU designation from the American College, his CEBS
designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently a member of the International
Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Ray Harman
Ray and Harman & Associates offer extensive national and international experience in executive compensation planning. Ray specializes
in designing leading edge total compensation packages for senior management in private and public companies. This
planning focuses on integrating annual and long-term incentive programs with company performance and strategic
business planning. Ray has significant experience working with company owners/shareholders, board directors, and
compensation committees.
Ray’s 30 years of experience in the industry stems primarily from his position as a senior executive with a Fortune
500 international company. Ray holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with triple majors in economics, commercial law,
and accounting. He is a member of the American Compensation Association, Chairman of the Business Council at the
R. J. Wehle School of Business, Canisius College, Trustee of Kaleida Health System, and a Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Management.
Garold L. Stone, Jr. CPA, CMA
Garold Stone, President and Founder of Stone and Associates, is a graduate of Niagara University, a Certified Public
Accountatn (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is currently in the final stages of being Certified in
Strategic Performance Management (CSPM) throug the Center for Strategic Performance, Inc.
With over 25 years of diversified financial, operational and management experience with local and national companies in
various industries including manufacturing and distribution Mr. Stone has gained significant knowledge and expertise in
managing growht, maximizing profits and resolving operational, management and ownership issues.
Mr. Stone is an active member of the Consulting Accountant's Round Table (CART) a select group of practitioner's of a "whole
business" approach to Strategic Performance Management that help their clients grow and prosper.
Jonathan D. Weir, JD
Jon concentrates his practice in the areas of Executive Benefits for all types and sizes of businesses. The integrated,
web-centric qualified and nonqualified offerings Jon brings to Weir Financial Resources, LLC clients are at the leading
edge of the industry. Jon is an affective communicator and educator, leading seminars and client engagements on a wide range
of topics.
As an active member of his professional and civic communities, among others, Jon is a member of the New York State
Bar Association; American Bar Association; NYS Society of CPA's; Society of Financial Service Professionals; Western New York
Planned Giving Consortium; Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and an Advisory member of the BISON Inter-City Scholarship
Opportunity Network. Jon earned his BA from Boston University and is a Board certified attorney having obtained his JD
with Tax Certification from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Jon is also a Registered Investment Advisor representative.
William M. Weir, CLU
Bill offers unique information, ideas and solutions in the areas of Executive Benefits and Business Continuation for both
private and public corporations. For over 30 years, Bill has developed a national reputation as an innovative financial specialist
in the design and implementation of sel incentive plans for executives. Bill has been awarded the highest levels of accomplishment
in industry organizations and is consistently recognized as a leader in the financial services industry.
Bill is a co-founder of the Western New York Planned Giving Consortium; a past president of the Mercy Hospital Foundation;
and among many other civic and industry groups has held board and membership positions at: the United Way; Studio Arena Theatre;
St. Bonaventure University; Timon High School; WNY Boy Scouts of America; Society of Financial Service Professionals; and the
Financial Counselors of WNY. Bill earned his BS from St. Bonaventure University and his CLU from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
